A $10 booking deposit is required to confirm your Studio Try-On appointment. Your deposit is fully redeemable against any in-store purchase made during your appointment <3

Each booking time slot allows 30 mins per customer. We can't go allow over-time if there's a booking after you. Please be considerate of this.

Time slots become available for booking 30 days in advance. Some days may be unavailable due to studio staffing or being closed for other studio related reasons.

How Does the $10 Booking Deposit Work?

To secure your Studio Try-On appointment, a $10 booking deposit is required.

Your $10 deposit is fully redeemable against any purchase made during your Studio Try-On appointment.

If you don't make a purchase during your appointment, your $10 will be issued as KLOU Store Credit after your booking. This credit can be used online or in-store and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

If you cancel your appointment more than 12 hours before your booking, your $10 deposit will be fully refunded.

If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment or do not attend your booking, your $10 deposit will be forfeited and is not eligible for a refund or store credit.

When are you open?

Friday's 10am - 5pm
Saturdays 10am - 5pm

Cancel, Reschedule or Missed Appointment

We understand that plans can change.

More than 12 hours before your appointment
You can easily cancel or reschedule your booking via your booking confirmation email. If you choose to cancel, your $10 booking deposit will be fully refunded.

Within 12 hours of your appointment
Online cancellations and rescheduling are no longer available. If you need to cancel your appointment, please email our Customer Care team and we'll assist you manually. Please note that cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If you do not attend your booked appointment, your $10 booking deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or converted into store credit.

Do I have to buy something?

No you don't! You are welcome to come in and just try on, with no obligation to leave with anything.

If you do purchase, your $10 deposit will be redeemed from your order.

Can I bring friend/s?

Yes you can! There's an option to book for up to 3 people when selecting your time slot. Make sure you select this if you're bringing anyone who is also wanting to try on! If you want to come in a bigger group, please email customercare@katharinalou.com to enquire.

Can I come in longer?

If you need longer than a 30 minute appointment, you can email customercare@katharinalou.com to request an extended booking. This option depends on our availability.

I can only come a different time how do I book?

Case by case we may be able to accommodate for a booking outside of the available times. Please email customercare@katharinalou.com to enquire.

I want to try on an item that is sold out online?

We do not have extra stock available for try ons. Everything that is available online is what we will have to choose from. There may be items and sizes out of stock and therefore unavailable to try on.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if there is a specific size or item you are coming for and we can confirm if we have it in stock prior to your booking.

We only accept card payments. After pay is available.
